Rarely anyone is “where they want to be” at a certain age, ever. I’m very happy with where I am at 29, just a jump from 30. I stopped caring about where I “should” be, and am just enjoying the ride. 🙂
I don’t believe anyone’s life turns out quite as they’d expected. Mine certainly didn’t. And I’m happy it didnt. 😉
Don’t get me wrong. I’m happier now than I’ve ever been and feel like I’m working towards where I want to be in my life and that’s what matters most.
Hopefully with this change of locations and jobs, the “right place” will be just around the corner. Even if it takes 2 or 3 more years. You are a very successful person, no matter what you believe. I mean look at me, I have no other choice but to go back to school after the already 4 years I took just so I can get a job that I will enjoy doing rather then the one I am currently at.
Always stay positive about everything.
…I should really listen to my own advice as well. 🙂
