Weight Watchers Day Seven Food

There wasn’t too much special that happened on Tuesday. It was weigh-in day ay Weight Watchers, but we will talk about that after the food log.

I used 46 points and had 15 remaining. I did my walk and earned 4 activity points. My activity points from last week are now gone, and I never got to use any of my weekly either. I think that’s a good thing though because I doubt I’d lose any weight if I had used all my daily and my weekly and my activity points. That would be a ton of food.

Morning
5 Points – Honeycomb Cereal
3 Points – Milk (1%)
5 Points – Coke (Can)

Midday
8 Points – Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
1 Point – Mooza Cheese String
0 Points – Applesauce (Unsweetened)
0 Points – Baby Carrots
9 Points – Chocolate Milk

Evening
6 Points – Swiss Chalet Quarter Chicken (White Meat/Skinless)
5 Points – Mashed Potatoes with Butter
3 Points – Dinner Roll
1 Point – Swiss Chalet Dipping Sauce

So, the big question that I’m sure has been on everyone’s mind is, “did you lose any weight?” Well, I had my official weigh in, and I was down four pounds. I went from 289.2 pounds to 285.2. The woman wrote that I lost 4.4 in my book, but my math says that I lost 4 pounds.

Annie said that, having such a large loss was due to it being my first week, and because I’m a guy , but she lost nearly as much. She said it was the first time, in a long time, that she had such a large loss, and was almost floating the rest of the evening. During the Weight Watchers meeting, she pointed out our successes during the week to the group, letting them know about my loss, my willpower when it came to the chips and dip, and how we’ve been able to work as a team. I am hoping for another two or three pound loss this week.

My first goal in Weight Watchers is my five percent loss or to get to 275 pounds. I am hoping to get to that goal in the next four to five weeks, but I know it is only going to get harder as I go along. Wish me luck!
