I have to admit, I never thought that I would be someone that texts often, but I’ve quickly taken to it and now couldn’t imagine my life without it. It has made keeping in contact with my girlfriend much easier, and the distance seem like a lot less. While it isn’t perfect, I’m still much happier thanks to this technology than I was without it.

Thankfully, my phone makes it easy. I don’t think I would be texting so much if I was still using T9 to input messages one number at a time.

I am also able to keep in touch with family and friends, and I would like to think our relationships are made better thanks to the lowering of effort required to communicate often and effectively.

I’m only up over 2800 texts so far this month…
