Nature Photography Workshop

So, I recently received a call from the Brockville Tourism Office asking if I could step in to replace a photographer that they had drop out of leading the Nature Photography Workshop. While I don’t consider myself an expert when it comes to photography, I do enjoy the hobby, and love to teach, so I have agreed to lead the workshop.

On November 5th, from 11am until 3pm, I will be at the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area just outside of Brockville, sharing my love of photography with everyone that comes out. I’m hopeful that I can teach a few things that the visitors didn’t already know, and I am crossing my fingers that there will still be some nice fall scenery to take pictures of by the time we get out there.

I am super nervous about the idea of leading a photography workshop, as I usually only take on opportunities that I’m already comfortable with, but hopefully it will be more fun than stressful.

    • Thanks, I hope it will be. I’m really hopeful that it will be warm, reasonably bright, and that I’ll get a small group with some camera knowledge (I’m no camera expert).

BTW – I didn’t know you could even view my pictures on that slow Internet connection you have… 🙂
