Despite eating well, walking lots, and even doing some light weight lifting, my weight didn’t move down very much. It can be frustrating to not see the kind of results I’m hoping for, but I continue to soldier on. At this point, I should be nearly three pounds lighter than I am. I have to work harder at this whole thing as I’d really like to get back on track.
It would help if I wasn’t so swamped and stressed with work, but more on that when I feel up to writing.
My goal for next week will be to get down to 293lbs. In order to achieve this goal, I plan on walking an hour per day minimum, especially during the evenings, and trying, once again, to scale back on my caloric drink intake. The heat has made it hard for me as I hate most bottled and tap water.
It also doesn’t help that Ribfest is here in town and while I don’t like ribs, I do love pulled pork sandwiches…
