So this week, I’m sure I’m not going to reach my weight loss goals, mostly because the weather this week has been super unusual. With the constant heat, it isn’t even like I can get out for a walk in the late evenings. I’ve never been a fan of the weather extremes during the summer or winter in Ontario. I’d much prefer a more temperate climate where it rained all the time as I vaguely remember it being out west on the Islands.
Today, I’ve ate better than I have any other day this week, but going to the grocery store every day has been a chore, and so I’ve been eating poorly. With bad eating, and no exercise, I’m not looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow, but I know that any issue that I come across is only a temporary one.
I am still as committed today as I ever was in losing some of this weight. Did I mention a gym opened up not even ten minutes walk from where I live?
