Panic

The worst feeling in the world is going through a panic attack for what feels like “no reason”.

  1. Belly breathing is the best cure for this – breathe in through your nose and expand your belly as you do (as if you are blowing up a balloon), breathe out through your nose and let your belly go flat (as if pulling your belly button to your back).
