I felt like I bombed the phone call this evening due to being sick and the pain in my mouth from my recent dental work but the job is mine if I want it. I should receive an offer of employment soon. Still don’t know what kind of compensation we are talking about, but they know what I make at my current job and that hasn’t scared them away. More soon…

So what are you going to do? Are you going to wait and see how much they are offering you?
Woo-hoo! Congrats. In theory, you should get at *least* what you’re making now, and maybe some money to help cover the move.
I have to wait to see what they offer and if any compensation negotiation is needed. The possibility of me moving is one step closer though.
