I want to move. I don’t want to live where I am anymore, but I don’t know how long I’ll be staying in Brockville, and the idea of getting stuck in a one year lease when I don’t know if I’ll be here for another entire year is very stressful to me.

Also, while there are many disadvantages to where I’m staying, there are also a number of advantages:

• cheap rent
• close to train station
• close to downtown
• close to grocery store
• close to work
• includes laundry
• access to dog that I don’t have to take care of
• access to satellite tv
• someone to socialize with when I feel like socializing
• furniture was provided
• he cleans the shared spaces

That is a lot of things I’d have to replace, but I don’t know if I can stand the small space, the smell of stale cigarette smoke, the second hand smoke, the dog hair everywhere and waking up extra early just to get access to the bathroom to get ready for work.

It is so frustrating to try to deal with as the pro’s and con’s are relatively balanced in my mind.
