So, it looks like I’ve made my first week goal (300.4lbs last week / -1.6lbs), despite not eating perfectly. I have been getting in a good hour of walking or more every day. I have been drinking more water, juicing, and eating lots of fruit and veggies. I’m planning on buying some multivitamins today so that I can add them to my daily routine.
The variation on my daily weight is definitely a minor frustration. Yesterday, I weighed in at 299.6lbs, and I doubt I’ve “lost” almost a pound since yesterday.
In the end, this result is very satisfactory. I’m hopeful that next week, I can weigh in at another pound lighter. I just have to stay the course and be mindful without depriving myself.
