Here are some juicing recipes I’d like to try over the coming weeks and months. Some I’ve made myself, others I’ve found online. I’ve tried to “portion” them out for one or two servings as I won’t be refrigerating the juice I make. I will be drinking it immediately after juicing the fruits and/or vegetables.
Veggie Juice One
1 large Carrot
1 clove of Garlic
1 medium Green Pepper
3-4 leaves Spinach
Veggie Juice Two
2 large Celery
2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
small bit of cilantro
1-2 leaves Lettuce
pepper to taste
Veggie Juice Three
1 large Carrot
1 large Celery
1/4 Onion
1-2 leaves Green Lettuce
1 small Radish
1/4 Cucumber
Veggie Juice Four
3-4 Carrots
4 Celery
Veggie Juice Five
2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Large Celery

1 Green or Yellow Pepper
Fruit Juice One
1 Medium Orange
1 Medium Apple
5-10 small Grapes
1/2 Lemon
Fruit Juice Two
2x Medium Apple
3-4 Strawberries
4-8 Blueberries

Fist Sized Portion of Pineapple
4-5 Grapes
1/2 Pear
Fruit Juice Four
1 Medium Kiwi
1 Medium Apple

*Some fresh cranberry if available

1-3 Plums
1 Medium Apple
1 Orange
*A few strawberries if available

1 Large Slice of Watermelon
1 Large Apple
Mix Juice One

1 Red Apple

1 Fennel bulb
1 Red Pepper
4 Medium carrots
2 Apples
Mix Juice Three
4 medium Carrots

1/2 inch of Ginger
Mix Juice Four
3 Carrots
1 Apple
1 stalk Celery

2 Oranges
1 Small Cucumber
I’m sure some will taste good, and others will be failures. I’m going to be looking for more recipes, but I know that part of the process is letting my taste buds adjust to the weird flavours I’ll be concocting.

Veggie juice one sounds disgusting, lol. Two sounds great though. I’ve never been a big juicer person, you’ll have to let me know how they turn out!
I can definitely say that Veggie Juice One sounds like something that’ll wake me up in the morning. 🙂 It shouldn’t be too bad for me as I’ve eaten it as a salad before and I don’t expect it to be “big”. Maybe like 3-4 shots worth. 🙂
