I think the following is a good example of how I’d like to be disposed of when I’m dead.
I have to admit though, I still think its a lot of money to be spent on a dead person. I’ve never had a strong belief that the treatment of the dead body matters. If there isn’t an afterlife, then it doesn’t matter at all. If there is an afterlife, I don’t think your soul would really care about the body it left behind much like a snake wouldn’t care for its shed skin.
I think burials and ceremonies relating to death have more to do with the feelings of the living. But since my body will have to be dealt with someway once I die, I’d rather it be relatively green friendly.
