Malcolm's Ramblings

I’m a big baby when I’m sick, and I like to be taken care of… I don’t even have anyone to sing me “soft kitty”. Today, I’m under the weather. I blame whomever was sick during Easter. So today, I stayed home and slept most of the day. I answered some work e-mails, and started watching Better off Ted on Netflix streaming.

I hate days that feel wasted. Thank goodness the idea I had is being used in the next Microsoft operating system (see previous post), or this whole day would have been a bummer.

The worst part about being sick is dealing with things like groceries and medicine. I had to go out to get those things, and I definitely didn’t feel like leaving the house. I got some looks as my hair was like a sign saying “sick person coming through, watch out!”

Thank god for ginger ale, Gravol and Tylenol.

Update – Tom sang “soft kitty” and recorded it. It gave me chills, and is a bit creepy, but it made me laugh and that’s what I needed. Check it out at Soundcloud
