While I didn’t quite meet my goal this week, I came within striking distance, and the biggest thing is for me to keep seeing the scale have smaller numbers. I’m hopeful that next week, I can get to 295.0lbs, but we will see. This weekend, I am visiting family in Kingston and any kind of travel can lead to eating wrong.
I just keep trying to be focused on getting out of the 290’s and how great it would be to be back in the 280’s.
